Hi, I’m Alissa…

I’m here to support you in finding balance, building resilience, and feeling more connected to yourself. Whether you're working through stress, exploring your boundaries, or learning new ways to cope, I believe that healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and connected.

As a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling Provisional (MPCC) and experienced somatic practitioner, I bring extensive knowledge in trauma-informed practices and body awareness techniques.

With a background in somatic wellness practices, I use body-based techniques to help people manage overwhelm, build self-awareness, and improve emotional well-being. My approach is down-to-earth, and I focus on giving you practical tools that can fit into your daily life.

Through individual & group sessions, and workshops, my passion is helping people create a deeper connection to themselves & others..

Whether you’re looking to manage stress, improve communication, or feel more at home in your body, I’m here to support you — at your own pace.
